Sodas are terrible for you in so many ways, their high sugar content the ones that use sugar substitutes are even worse so don’t say that you drink sugar-free or diet sodas as they are toxic to your body, they create an acidic environment in your body which makes it more susceptible to disease. So sodas are out forever okay?! I do believe in everything in moderation so occasionally if you break down and have a soda don’t beat yourself up. Exercise is critical for our bodies and we seem to be getting less and less of it as time goes by.
